Overview
The Long Lake Solar Project is a 10 MW ground-mounted solar facility located in Calder Township near Cochrane, Ontario, spanning approximately 40 hectares. Engineered for northern conditions, the project features 45,000 to 55,000 fixed-tilt solar panels with steeper angles to maximize winter solar capture and shed snow efficiently.
