Our Experience in Distribution
In 2020, building on our experience as power generators, we entered the electricity distribution space through the acquisition of a regulated utility in Colombia, Empresa de Energía de Boyacá (EBSA). Over the last five years, we’ve become trusted operators and distributors, maintaining a stable, regulated platform to provide reliable electricity to 1.3 million residents in the Boyacá region.
